| 摘 要： | This paper is on the experimental study of the real-time air-gap coupled SAW convolver.Itwork at the center frequency of 60 MHz and its interaction length is 8 μs.It is degenerate.The mainperformance of our device features an external convolution efficiency of-57 dBm,a dynamic rangelarger than 70 dB and a convolution output power larger than-15 dBm(load 50 ohm). A new technique for the formation of the air-gap for this device has been developed in our la-boratory. In order to demonstrate the performance and functions of our SAW convolvers,three signalprocessing experiments have been carried out.These experimental results are satisfactory and showthat the SAW convolver can process both the analog and digital signals.
