| 摘 要： | This paper presents the design of the compound-bar transducer in which the usual central pre-stressed bar is replaced by the external prestressed tube and an unidirectional projector without baffleis obtained.This structure is shown to provide a good deep-water seal therefore it may be appliedto some arrays for deep-ocean operation.The construction and the test results of a cylindrical arrayfor deep-ocean operation are described in detail.
