Abstract:Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) has been recognized one of the most sensitive spectroscopic tools.In contrast with traditional strategies,e.g.,optimizing SERS materials structure or fabricating perfect substrate,one extremely simple and sensitive approach named state transformation enhanced Raman spectroscopy(STERS),have been proposed.It should be pointed out that the detection limits of R6G can be remarkably improved by four orders of magnitude with the aid of ethanol.Moreover,the detection limit of R6G in dynamic-SERS substrate can be refreshed.The results highlight a rapid and effective solution in addictive narcotics residue apparatus,the pesticide residue,the scene of the crime of rape,or other public security field.
