| Abstract: | Abstract During the crystallizing process of Non crystalline Al 2O 3:Eu 3+ , the vibrational frequencies of Al O and Eu O stretching bands changed largely and were investigated through Raman spectra. The result reveals that the permeation of Eu 3+ is a chemical action. |
