| Abstract: | Abstract With Raman- and Photoluminescence－spectra. we found that the quantum confinement model solely cannot explain the light-emitting mecha-nism of both~-and n~- type porous silicon （PS）． XPS measurement shows that the surface of PS plays an important role on its light-emitting. |
