Analysis of SP~2/ SP~2/SP~3 Bonding Ratio in Diamond Thin Films by Raman Spectroscopy |

Abstract: | Abstract There is only one Raman-active mode of F~(25+)(F_(2g)) (F_(2g))symmetry in the first order for Sp~3 diamond phase,which is observed at l332cm~(-1),The E_(2g) modes are Raman active and have been observed at 42 and l 580cm~(_1)for graphite Sp~2 phase. An additional disordered Raman line is at about 1355cm~(-1). In this paper, three of the Raman lines at 1332,1355 1580cm~(-1) are considered to calculate the Sp~2 Sp~3 bonding ratio of polycrystall diamond thin film by using computer fitting. |
