Raman Scattering of Fe doped Nanoscale SnO 2 |

| Abstract: | Abstract Fe doped nanoscale SnO 2 powder were prepared by the hydrothermal method. The size and composition of the samples were measured by transmission electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometer Fe doped nanoscale SnO 2 samples were study by Raman spectroscopy and disorder induced light scattering was observed. |
