摘    要:采用近红外傅里叶变换拉曼光谱法 (NIRFT -Raman)和二维相关分析 (2DCorrela tionAnalysis)技术研究了固态抗坏血酸的恒温 (1 0 0℃ )氧化过程。研究表明 ,二维相关分析能提供氧化扰动过程中结构动态变化的微观信息 ,为抗坏血酸在氧化过程中首先生成去氢抗坏血酸负离子基中间过渡态的氧化机理研究提供了一个重要的理论依据

Abstract:The Near-infrared Fourier-transform Raman Spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation analysis method were applied to study an oxidation process of the solid ascorbic acid at 100℃ It is shown by study results that the microcosmic information of a change in dynamic structure can be provided for ascorbic acid during oxidation process An important theory reference was fist proposed to produce a transition state of ascorbic acid anion in an oxidation process of ascorbic acid
