摘    要:糖与金属离子之间的相互作用有一定的生物功能 ,因而对其研究具有重要意义。应用拉曼光谱研究了一系列稀土离子半乳糖醇络合物 ,结果表明 ,在形成络合物以后 ,拉曼光谱发生明显变化。不同稀土离子的拉曼光谱虽然某些峰位比较接近 ,但相对强度及峰形方面都表现出了较大的差别 ,可以清楚地看到不同稀土离子的影响 ,反映了每种稀土离子的特性。

Abstract:The interactions between metal ions and carbohydrates are important owing to their possible biological function. Here a series of lanthanide-galactitol complexes were prepared and characterized by Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the Raman spectra of the complexes have been changed substantially. Although the band positions in different lanthanide complexes are similar, those Raman spectra show relatively larger differences. And the influences of different lanthanide ions are shown clearly in the Raman spectra, which reflect the characteristic of every rare earth ion.
