Pressure-Induced Amorphisation of Lithium Diborite |

| Abstract: | Abstract High－pessure Raman spectra of lithium diborate （Li_2B_4O_7）crystal are presented in this work． The results show that lithium diborate becomes amorphous phase above 170 Kbar， in the range of 170～303 kbar the transition is reversible， above 320 kbar is irreversible； The structure of pressure-induced amorphous Li_2B_4O_7 is different from that of glassy Li_2B_4O_7. |
