铈离子与银表面NAD自组装单分子层作用的SERS光谱研究

摘    要:本文采用表面增强拉曼光谱,观察了稀土三价铈离子与银表面NAD自组装单层膜的相互作用。实验结果和PM3理论计算表明,三价铈离子是与NAD+分子中磷酸酯及核糖部分发生配位,从而影响单分子层的吸附结构。

Abstract:The structure of NAD~ monolayers at the silver surface and the impact of Ce~(3 ) on it were investigated by using SERS spectroscopy.The results of spectra and vibration calculations with PM3 method suggest that Ce~(3 ) trend to form complex with the phosphate and ribose on the nicotinamide side of NAD~ ,leading to the change of its adsorption mode.
