摘    要:以盐酸小檗碱(BR)为荧光探针,研究了鲱鱼精DNA与橙皮素的相互作用.采用荧光光谱,紫外可见吸收光谱,盐效应,Scatchard方程等手段,探讨了橙皮素与DNA的作用机制.结果表明,在生理酸度(pH=7.4)下,橙皮素对DNA-BR体系的荧光有猝灭作用,猝灭类型为静态猝灭与动态猝灭共存的模式,其作用方式为嵌插和静电作用...

Abstract:The interaction of Hesperidin with herring sperm DNA has been studied by fluorescence method using berberine(BR) as a fiuorescence probe.The mechanism of the interaction between Hesperidin and DNA was also researched by fluorescence spectrum,absorption spectrum,Scatchard equation,and salt effect.The results indicated that under the condition of physiological acidity(pH=7.4),the fluorescence quenching model between HSP and DNA-BR belongs to a mixture of static fluorescence quenching and dynamic fluorescence quenching,HSP interacts with DNA by intercalation and electrostatic gravity.The binding constant calculated was 1.83×104 L ·mol-1.
