Raman光谱法与经典方法验证阿司匹林固体分散体

摘    要:为了验证Raman光谱法验证固体分散体的可行性, 采用熔融法制备阿司匹林固体分散体, 并用Raman光谱法和经典方法(红外光谱法和X-射线衍射法)研究其分散性。三种鉴别方法得到一致的结果--阿司匹林以微晶状态分散在固体分散体中, 且拉曼光谱法简单易行、快速直接、对样品无损伤, 是一种新的理想的检查固体分散体分散性的方法。

Abstract:Aspirin solid dispersion was prepared by melt method and was verified by Raman spectrometry and the classical methods(infrared spectrometry and X-ray powder diffractometry) in order to test the feasibility of Raman spectrometry in identifying solid dispersion.The three methods obtained the same results-Aspirin was dispersed in the carrier in the state of microcrystalline.Raman spectrometry,simple,fast,direct and non-destructive,is an ideal method in examining the dispersivity of solid dispersion.
