| Abstract: | Abstract The FT-SERS upon 1064nm excitation of cytosine and thymine were measured． The addition of Cl~- ions effected the reorientaion of the molecules on silver surface. Cytosine touched the Ag surface by the C（2）＝0 and thymine touched the Ag surface bv the C（4） ＝ 0. |
