Raman Spectra of Trypsin in Aqueous Solution |

| Abstract: | Abstract The Raman spectra of the native trypsin in aqueous solution and the trypsin extracted bv nitrobenzene have been obtained． From a combined analy-sis of the amide Ⅰ and amide Ⅲ bands observed by Raman spectroscopy it is concluded that the trypsin consist of a-helix，β-sheet and random coil． The side chain conformation of the trypsin has been studied. |
