摘    要:计算了不同能量下,几种常用单靶(W,Cu,Ta,Au)的X射线前向发射率和角分布, 从理论分析和蒙特卡罗方法模拟计算两方面分析了产生的X射线发射率及其角分布与靶参数和束流参数的关系, 并与已发表的数据及实验结果比较, 结果一致, 可为设计产生X射线的电子加速器及靶提供参数依据.

Abstract:Effects of electron beam parameters, including energy, radius and emittance, as well as target parameters, on bremsstrahlung exposure are discussed in this paper. With the energy of incident electrons varying from 2MeV to 50MeV, the forward yields at a distance of one meter from different targets, such as tungsten, copper, tantalum and aurum, are calculated by both analytical formula and MCNP4 Monte Carlo code. In addition, the relationship of X-ray dose to target and electron parameters is analyzed. The results agree well with published experimental and theoretical data, and may be a good reference for the design of this kind of X-ray source.
