Abstract:The self-pulsing instability in two-photon laser systems of the so-called B is analysised in detail by making use of Hopf bifurcation theory. The result shows that the selfpulsing instability may occur under appropriate conditions. The time-periodic solutions are obtained analytically. And the stability of the periodic solutions is also discussed.
