Excited-state Optical Storage in azo Dye Doped PVA Film by Four-wave mixing |

Abstract: | Pre-excitation optical storage properties and nonlinear mechanism in azo dye doped PVA film were studied by four-wave mixing, including dynamic process of optical storage and the diffraction efficiency of grating versus pre-exciting beam intensity. A simplex energy level model was built up to explain excited state optical storage mechanism. A fast decay of diffraction efficiency was fitted. |
