| Abstract: | It is presented a quantum theory for an RLC circuit with a source in a thermal bath. It establishs and solves the equation of motion for the density operator of the circuit and discusses the effects of the dissipations on the fluctuations of the charge and of the magnetic flux in the circuit. |
