| 摘 要： | 用5%香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色,以熊果酸纯品为对照,在波长548nm处用分光光度法测定湘产3种苦丁茶中熊果酸的含量.方法线性范围为20-100μg/5mL,实验回收率为98.96%,RSD=1.67%;精密度、重现性好;对照品和样品溶液在1h内稳定.该方法操作方便、简单,可用于苦丁茶中熊果酸的定量检测.
