| 摘 要： | 采用高压硝化罐法硝化样品,用ICP-AES测定了佛手与佛手瓜中Ca、Mg、K、P、Fe、Se、Co、Cr、Ge、As、Ni、Mn 12种微量元素含量,方法回收率在94.0%-103%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2.16%.ICP-AES简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确性好,可多元素同时测定.比较佛手与佛手瓜中微量元素后发现,佛手中微量元素的含量高于佛手瓜.

| Abstract: | The contents of twelve trace elements Ca,Mg,K,P,Fe,Se,Co,Cr,Ge,As,Ni and Mn in bergamot and sechium edule were determined by ICP-AES with high pressure nitrifying pot. The recoveries were 94.0%-103% with RSDs less than 2. 16%. The method is simple and rapid with high accuracy. The contents of trace elements in bergamot are higher than those in Sechium edule. |
