微凝胶模板法制备P(AM-co-MAA)/ZnO有机-无机复合微球的研究

摘    要:采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酸(MAA)含量不同的聚丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸P(AM-co-MAA)]微凝胶,并以其作为模板,通过外源沉积法制备了一系列微米级,表面具有纳米级颗粒堆积的P(AM-co-MAA)/ZnO有机-无机复合微球。复合微球的表面结构与微凝胶的组成和ZnO的沉积量有关。详细考察了MAA含量,Zn(Ac)2浓度,NaOH醇溶液的浓度对ZnO负载量的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能谱分析仪(EDX),X衍射分析仪(XRD),傅里叶红外分析仪(FT-IR)等对复合微球的形貌、组成进行了表征。

Abstract:Acrylamide(AM) and methylacrylic acid (MAA) copolymer microspheres were prepared by a reverse suspension polymerization technique.Several kinds of P(AM-co-MAA)/ZnO composite microspheres with different surface morphologies were prepared by using P(AM-co-MAA) microgels as template.It was investigated that the amount of MAA and the concentration of Zn(Ac)2,the concentration of NaOH ethanol solution effect on the surface morphology of the P(AM-co-MAA)/ZnO composite microspheres in detail. The morphology and composition of the P(AM-co-MAA)/ZnO composite microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and accessory (SEM and EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The surface structures of the composite microspheres could be tailored to a certain extent by varying the ratio of the two monomer content in the template (microgels) and the amount of ZnO deposited.
