固体化试剂测定微量铍

摘    要:通过对国标法(HJ/T 58-2000)的改良,利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面活性剂代替氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)进行试验。实验结果表明,采用固体化试剂操作,显色反应可以在稳定性很好的醋酸盐缓冲体系中进行,其线性范围是0—50μg.L-1,检出限为1μg.L-1,对于研发工业低浓度铍的快速检测试剂盒具有重要意义。

Abstract:The surfactant,cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),insteaded of cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC) by improvement the national standard(HJ/T 58-2000).The chromogenic reaction was occurred in good stability acetate buffer system by solid reagents,and the linear range was 0—50μg·L-1 with detection limitation of 1 μg·L-1.The method has important significance to develop the rapid detection kit for determination of industry low concentration of beryllium.
