摘    要:建立了馒头中4种直链烷基苯磺酸钠高效液相色谱的测定方法。样品经甲醇和水提取后经过MAX复合阴离子交换小柱净化后,利用高效液相色谱进行检测。方法检出限为5μg/mL,4种直链烷基苯磺酸钠的检测波长为225nm,回收率为84.92%—99.28%,相对标准偏差为4.37%—5.93%。可以满足馒头中直链烷基苯磺酸钠检测的方法要求。

Abstract:A method for the determination of four kinds of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates in bun was established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Samples were extracted by methanol and water,then purified by the complex anion exchange column of MAX,and were detected by HPLC.The detection limitations were 5μg/mL.Detection wavelength was 225nm.The recoveries ranged from 84.92% to 99.28%,with relative standard deviations between 4.37% and 5.93%.The results meets the need for the determination of four kinds of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates in bun.
