某市电镀行业作业工人体内铬水平调查分析

摘    要:了解某市电镀行业作业工人体内铬的实际水平。用原子吸收光谱法测定电镀企业接触铬作业的86名工人和同地区无铬暴露的47名对照人群鼻腔灌洗液和红细胞中铬的浓度。该市电镀行业接触铬工人体内铬浓度明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),且机体铬浓度随工龄的增加呈增高趋势(P〈0.01)。结果表明,工人体内铬含量与长期在低浓度铬污染的环境中工作呈正相关。
