| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱（NIRS）分析技术是近年来发展十分迅速的一种快速、无损的新型检测技术,在农业与食品等研究领域获得越来越广泛的应用。分析了近红外光谱分析技术的原理和组成,介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的优越性,着重论述了该技术在食品、石化、有害气体等方面的现场检测应用。

| Abstract: | Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technology is a quick,non-destructive and new-style analysis method,which has been rapidly developed and used in foods and agriculture in recent years.This principle and composition of NIRS technique were analyzed,and the superiority of NIRS technology was introduced,and the applications of the technology to food,petrifaction and harmful gas were discussed. |
