| 摘 要： | 采用HPLC法对陕西省安康丹参种植基地12种不同形态丹参的丹参酮A、隐丹参酮含量和丹参酮进行了测定。结果表明,安丹号脂溶性成分含量最高,其中丹参酮A含量为0.7085%、隐丹参酮含量为0.1951%、丹参酮含量为0.0076%。这为选育优良的丹参栽培品种提供一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The contents of tanshinone Ⅱ_A,cryptotashinone and tanshinone Ⅰ in 12 kinds of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge that were gathered in Ankang,Shaanxi province were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the content of liposoluble constituents of andan No.2 was higher than others.Among them the.content of tanshinone Ⅱ_A was 0.7085%,the content of cryptotashinone was 0.1951%,and the content of tanshinone Ⅰ was 0.0076%.This work provides some evidence on the fine seed selection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge cultivars. |
