摘    要:螺旋藻试样经硝酸、高氯酸消解,原子荧光光谱法测定总硒含量;用水浸提螺旋藻试样,经环己烷萃取后,水相采用硝酸、高氯酸消解后,原子荧光光谱法测定无机硒含量,间接测定螺旋藻中有机硒含量。总硒测定精密度在1.05%—2.10%之间,加标回收率在96.6%—102.3%之间;无机硒的浸提率在95.1%—100.7%之间,测定精密度在2.37%—3.70%之间,加标回收率在93.6%—98.4%之间,检出限为0.47mg/kg,满足螺旋藻中有机硒含量的测定。

Abstract:The total selenium in spirulina was digested by mixed acid of HNO_3 and HCIO_4 and determinated by hydride generation-atomic florescence spectrophotometry (HG-AFS); After extracting the spirulina by water and then by cyclohexane,the water phase was digested by HNO_3 and HCIO_4,and the inorganic selenium was determinated by HG-AFS,consequently,the content of organic selenium was calculated. The accuracy of total Se is 1.05%-2.10%,and the recovery is 96.6%-102.3%. The extraction rate of inorganic Se is 95.1%-100.7%, the accuracy of inorganic Se is 2.37%-3.70%, and the recovery of inorganic Se is 93. 6%-98.4%,the detection limit is 0. 47 mg/kg. This method meets the determintion of organic selenium in spirulina.
