摘    要:本文研究了用ICP-AES法同时测定土壤、岩石和水系沉积物样品中的多元素时,样品中基体元素对微量元素测定的光谱干扰问题。本文采用人工基体匹配与光谱干扰校正因子相结合的校正方法。对标准的制备,校正因子的选择以及校正因子的长期稳定性等进行了探讨,确定了最佳测定条件,完成了大量的国家“七五”、“八五”攻关课题样品分析任务,数据准确可靠。

Abstract:This paper studied the problems when determining the multiple-elements in the samples of soils, rocks and sediments of the water system using ICP-AES method, the interference of parent elements in the samples to the spectrum for the determination of the trace elements. The correction method of combination of artificial parent matching and the correction factors of spectrum interference were adopted in this paper.Approach have been taken place on the preparation of the standard, the selection of the correction factors and the longterm stability of the correction factors. Finally, the analysis method presented by this paper has been used for the determination of great amount of samples of the key projects in national 7th 5 years plan and 8th 5 years plan and reliable data were gained. The research and establishment of this correction method let many trace elements of very difficult to be determined, all got very satisfied results.
