摘    要:探讨贝母中多种微量元素的最佳测定方法.采用微波消解法对贝母进行消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定贝母中元素.各元素精密度在0.93%,检测限为6%.ICP-AES具有灵敏,准确及多元素同时测定的优点,方法简便,试样分析结果满意,可用于贝母中多种微量元素的测定.

Abstract:Bulbus Fritillariae from different places was digested by Microwave assisted digestion and the micro-elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). The standard addition recovery is 0.93,and the RSD is lower than 6%. The method is rapid and simple with high accuracy and good precision. It was applied to the determination of standard and actual samples with satisfactory results.
