| 摘 要： | 火焰原子吸收光谱法对4种活血中药中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn等微量元素的含量进行了分析测定。该方法的加标回收率为95.2%—103.9%,RSD值小于2.0%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。活血中药中的K、Na、Ca、Mg和Mn含量丰富,丹参中的Mn含量最高,川芎和赤芍中Ca含量最高,牛膝中K含量最高。测定结果可为探讨活血中药中微量元素的含量与其药效的相关性提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The contents of trace elements K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mn and Zn in 4 kinds of Huoxue Herbs were determined by FAAS.The recovery rates obtained by standard addition method are between 95.2% and 103.9%,and the RSD is lower than 2.0%.The huoxue herbs are rich in trace elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg and Mn.Salvia has the highest content of Mn,Chuanxiong and paeonia has the highest content of Ca,bidentata has the highest content of K. |
