鱼腥草根部和叶子中微量元素的测定与比较

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定鱼腥草根部和叶子中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg、Na和K8种微量元素的含量。方法的相对标准偏差为(RSD)1.16%,回收率为95.0%—110.0%。结果表明,鱼腥草根部和叶子中Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Na和Zn等人体必需的生命元素含量较高,各元素的含量均有差异。本试验为鱼腥草的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供了新的科学依据。

Abstract:The trace elements in Houttuynia cordata Thunb,including K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn and Cu were determined simultaneously by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The relative standard deviation of the method is lower than 1.61%,and the recovery is 95.0%—110.0%.The analytical results were satisfactory.The results showed that some elements essential to human such as Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K,Na and Zn in Houttuynia cordata Thunb were abundant.There were considerable differences in the content of the eight trace elements.The data of the experiment could provide new scientific foundation for further study and general application of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.
