| 摘 要： | 以干中药材虎杖为原料,通过实验优选了虎杖白藜芦醇的浸提工艺。以HPLC面积归一化法衡量浸提液中白藜芦醇的含量。浸提效果以浸提液中白藜芦醇的含量或浸出率为指标参数。结果表明,虎杖白藜芦醇的最佳浸提工艺为:干中药材虎杖采用95%乙醇浸提、料液比为1g∶16mL、室温(30℃)、静浸6天。

| Abstract: | The extraction process of resveratrol from dry traditional Chinese medicine polygonum cuspidatum was optimized through a series of experiments.High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） area normalization method was used to measure the content of resveratrol in extract.The content of resveratrol（HPLC） or the leaching rate was used as indicator parameter to measure extraction results of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum.The results showed that the most optimized extraction process of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum as a dry traditional Chinese medicine polygonum cuspidatum was as follows：95% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1g/16mL,room temperature （30℃）,static dip 6 days. |
