| 摘 要： | 采用红外、气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了玉米秸秆木质纤维素多酸水解液中单糖组成。结果表明,水解液中含有的单糖包括葡萄糖,木糖,阿拉伯糖,甘露糖,半乳糖,其中以葡萄糖为主。

| Abstract: | The monosaccharide compositions in the polyacid hydrolysis of corn stalks lignocellulose were analyzed by IR and GC-MS.The monosaccharide in the hydrolyzate contains glucose,xylose,arabinose,mannose,galactose and glucose is the major monosaccharide component. |
