中药仙鹤草中微量元素的测定

摘    要:用高压硝化罐法对试样进行消化,以正交试验处理样品,用ICP-AES法测定了中药仙鹤草中Mg、P、K等常量元素及Fe、Al、S微量元素的含量,方法回收率在97.5%-103.0%之间,相对标准偏差均小于1.83%.测定结果为研究仙鹤草的药理、药效提供了有用的数据.

Abstract:Samples were digested by high pressure nitrifying pot. The contents of constant elements such as Mg,P,K,etc and trace elements such as Fe,Al,S,etc were determined by ICP-AES with orthogonal test. The recovery is 97. 5%-103. 0% with the RSD less than 1. 83%. The determination results offer valuable data for the study on Argrimony.
