摘    要:超高效液相色谱(UPLC)在分离能力、灵敏度和专属性等方面有着巨大优势,与质谱(MS)联用后可以展现出强大的定性、定量分析能力,并已经在药物研究的各领域得到广泛应用。本文综述近年来超高效液相色谱和质谱联用(UPLC-MS)在药物研究领域应用取得的成果,着重介绍在药代动力学、药物成分分析、药物活性筛选研究等方面的应用。

Abstract:Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) in the capacity of separation,sensitivity and specificity have great advantages,and mass spectrometry (MS) can be combined to show strong qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities,and they have been found widespread application in all drug research.This paper reviews recent years,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS) applications in the field of drug research achievements highlighted in pharmacokinetics,drug analysis, drug activity, such as screening studies for the application.
