摘    要:探讨了影响光电光谱法测定钢中硼元素的因素,对分析条件(光源的激发方式及工作参数)进行了选择和确定,并根据试验条件绘制了校准曲线,进行了方法的准确度及精密度试验,确定了方法的检测极限。结果表明,该方法能快速准确地提供分析数据,结果无显著性差异,满足生产过程的质量控制。

Abstract:In this paper,the factors that affected the analysis of boron in steel by photoelectric spectrograph were studied,and the analytical conditions were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the working curve was obtained as well as the accuracy and precision and the detection limit of this method.The method was simple,convenient and quick with high accurate and precision and the analytical data meet the quality control specification in the production process.
