稀土元素铈(Ce)与氨基酸作用的荧光光谱研究

摘    要:利用荧光光谱法证明甘氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸与稀土Ce4+反应产生了配合物。结果表明与单一的氨基酸相比,甘氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸4种不含芳环的氨基酸-铈体系出现了明显的荧光发射现象;酪氨酸-铈体系的荧光发射波长发生了明显红移。pH值对各种氨基酸-铈体系的荧光光谱强度影响显著,酸性介质更有利于本论文研究的各种氨基酸与铈离子形成化合物。

Abstract:The complexes formed from amino acetic acid,alanine,glutamic acid,serine,tyrosine with rare-earth Ce4+ were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Comparing to the single amino acid,a clear fluorescence emission appears in the four kinds of amino acids (glycine,glutamic acid,alanine,serine)-cerium system without non-aromatic ring.There is a clear red shift in tyrosine-Ce system of fluorescence emission wavelength.The pH value has the remarkable influence to fluorescence intensity of each kind of Ce-amino system.The experiment proved that the acid medium was more conducive for the various amino acids form complexes with cerium ions.
