铁苋菜黄酮类化合物的提取及清除羟自由基作用的研究

摘    要:采用不同的提取剂对铁苋菜黄酮类化合物进行了提取,通过单因素实验及正交实验对铁苋菜黄酮类化合物提取的工艺条件进行了探讨,对铁苋菜提取物的抗氧化活性进行了初步研究。结果表明,乙醇、水、甲醇、丙酮4种提取剂,乙醇的提取效果最好,铁苋菜黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件是温度80℃、乙醇浓度55%、料液比1∶35g/mL、提取时间为3.0h,此条件下黄酮的提取率为90.82%。铁苋菜黄酮类化合物对羟自由基具有一定的清除作用。

Abstract:Different extraction reagents were used to extract the flavonoids from Acalypha australis L..The extraction conditions were approached by single factor and orthogonal experiments and anti-oxidant capacity of the flavonoids from Acalypha australis L.was preliminarily studied as well.The best technological conditions are:at 80℃,55% ethanol,material to extraction reagent 1:35g/mL,the extraction time for 3.0h.The flavonoids yield of extraction reached 90.82%.The flavonoids from Acalypha australis L.has scavenging activity on hydroxyl free radicals.
