摘    要:采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),流速为0.2mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,用UPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量。黄芪甲苷在0.10-0.50mg·mL^-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率(n=6)为98.9%。该方法快速、准确、重复性好,为黄芪的质量控制提供了一种快速准确的检测方法。

Abstract:The amounts of astragaloside Ⅳ in radix astragali was determined by UPLC-ELSD with a waters acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2. 1mm × 100mm, 1. 7μm), aeetonitrile-water (30 : 70) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.2mL · min^-1 ,and the column temperature of 30℃. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 10-0. 50mg · mL^-1μg of astragaloside Ⅳ with correlation coefficient of 0. 9990. The average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ was 98.9%. The method is simple,repeatable, and suitable for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in radix astragali.
