缺陷对二维四方光子晶体透射光谱的影响

摘    要:利用转移矩阵法研究了二维四方光子晶体中缺陷对透射光谱的影响。结果表明缺陷对TE波的影响比对TM波的影响明显,缺陷层填充比对禁带宽度影响很大,TE波禁带在填充比r/a=0.33时最宽,第一禁带的最低频率随着填充比的增加向低频移动。

Abstract:The effect of defects on transmitted spectrum was investigated for the two-dimension square photonic crystal by means of transfer matrix method.The effect on TE wave is more obvious than that on TM wave.The packing ratio of defect layer in photonic crystal has a strong influence on the band gap width.The band gap of TE wave is the widest when r/a=0.33.The lowest frequency of first band gap shifts down with the increase in the packing ratio of defect layer.
