| 摘 要： | 建立紫外分光光度法测定普卢利沙星胶囊含量的方法。采用紫外分光光度法,以0.1mol.L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为274nm。在1.2—12μg.mL-1浓度范围内,吸光度与相应的浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;重复性实验中,吸光度测定平均值为0.5825（n=6）,相对标准偏差为0.1%;回收率实验中,平均回收率为99.6%（n=9）,相对标准偏差为0.2%。本方法结果稳定,重复性好,为普卢利沙星胶囊提供了一个简单方便的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | The amount of prulifloxacin capsules was determined by UV spectrophotometry in 0.1mol.L-1 HCl solution at 274nm.There was a quite good linear relationship between absorbency and the content（r=0.9999） in the range of 1.2—12μg.mL-1.The mean absorbency was 0.5825 and RSD was 0.1% by the repeat determination（n=6）.The mean recovery was 99.6%（n=9）,and the RSD was 0.2%.The results of this method are stable and have good repeatability.It provides an easy method for the content determination of prulifloxacin capsules. |
