摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了辣椒中Cu、Na、B、Li、Mn、Ca、Ba、Sr、Zn、Fe、Co、Tl、Al、Ni、Ga、K、Ag、In等18种元素的含量。分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%—1.8%,平均回收率在80.00%—116.93%之间。该方法简单、快速、可靠、灵敏度高,且多元素可同时测定,能满足实际样品分析要求。实验表明:辣椒中含有丰富的对人体有益的Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Na等元素,不同品种的辣椒其元素含量存在差异,这种差异与辣椒的基因型有关。用ICP-AES测定辣椒中微量元素对此类资源的充分利用有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:A method of simultaneous determination of trace elements in pepper by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry was developed.The contents of eighteen elements,including Cu,Na,B,Li,Mn,Ca,Ba,Sr,Zn,Fe,Co,Tl,Al,Ni,Ga,K,Ag and In,were determined in four cultivar,namely,Damila,Xiaomila,Shuanla and Qiubeila,respectively.The relative standard deviations for all these elements were between 0.3% and 1.8%,and the recoveries were between 80.00% and 116.93%.The method was simple,rapid,reliable,and highly sensitive.In addition,the determination of these eighteen elements can be carried out at the same time,which can meet the requests of actual sample analysis.The experimental results showed that some beneficia1 elements for human such as Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Na were abundant.Cultivar differences obviously existed in the concentrations of one or more trace elements.These differences might result from the genotypes.The determination of these elements by ICP-AES has important point for exploiting pepper fully in futures.
