苯酚和间苯二酚混合组分的新联立方程法紫外分光光度测定

摘    要:本文报道了用新联立方程法对医用复方雷琐锌涂剂中本酚和间苯二酚混合干扰体系进行紫外分光光度测定,平均回收率分别为99.52%与100.9%,较好地解决了以光度分析法中吸收曲线严重重叠的两组分干扰问题,此法用于医药和化工产品中的含量分析,结果满意。

Abstract:In this report,new solution of simultaneous equations has been proved satisfactory to be used in the determination by UV spectrophotometry for the interference mixture of phenol and resorcinol in the compound pharmaceutical preparation.The seperate average recoveries are 99.52% and 100.9%.
