草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇催化剂的研究

摘    要:常规方法制备的草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂活性和选择性较差,通过化学还原沉积法制备了Cu-B/γ-Al2O3、Cu-B/SiO2非晶态合金催化剂并进行了XRD、TDA的表征。在2.0MPa,摩尔氢酯比50:1,体积空速2h-1,反应温度200℃时进行催化剂评价。结果表明,Cu-B/γ-Al2O3、Cu-B/SiO2非晶态合金催化剂的活性和选择性较好,显示出良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Amorphous alloy catalysts of Cu-B/γ-Al_2O_3 and Cu-B/SiO_2 were prepared by means of chemical reduce deposition method and characterized by XRD and TDA in order to improve the catalytic performance and selectivity of the catalyst used for the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol developed by the usual method.The catalysts were evaluated under the following condition: 2.0 MPa,n(H_2):n(DMO)=50 : 1,200℃ and LHSV=2h~(-1).The catalytic performance and selectivity of the amorphous alloy catalysts of Cu-B/γ-Al_2O_3 and Cu-B/SiO_2 is better, and they have good application prospect.
