4种活血祛瘀类中药的红外光谱研究

摘    要:傅里叶变换红外光谱研究活血祛瘀类4种中药材的指纹图谱,初步分析了4种药材共同的吸收峰及归属。通过比较各种不同活血祛瘀成分红外光谱的吸收峰,初步得出4种药活血祛瘀的生物活性可能与2928、1516、1375、1075、860、760、574、528cm^-1附近的吸收峰有关。

Abstract:The FTIR fingerprint spectra of four kind of chinese traditional medicines for invigorating blood circulation,and the same characteristic peaks of the drugs were analyzed and studied.The analysis of the FTIR fingerprint spectra of different kinds of composition that promots blood circulation by removing blood stasis may be related to the absorption peaks of 2928,1516,1375, 1075,860,760,574,528cm~(-1).
