石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶多酚中铅

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶多酚中铅.磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁作为混合基体改进剂,可提高灰化温度,消除基体干扰.方法简便快速、结果准确.相对标准偏差为3.2%,回收率为103%,检出限为0.11mg/kg.

Abstract:The amount of Pb in tea polyphenol was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with NH4H2PO4 and Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier,which enhance the ash temperature and eliminate the matrix interference.The method is rapid,simple and accurate with relative standard deviation of 3.2%,recovery of 103% and detection limit of 0.11mg/kg.
