原子吸收光谱法测定玉竹中的矿质元素

摘    要:采用原子吸收光谱法测定了玉竹中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Co等6种矿质元素并对提取方法进行了比较。加标回收率在93.2%—106.0%之间,测定方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The contents of mineral elements K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Co in polygonatum odoratum were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the methods of extracting mineral elements from polygonatum odoratum were compared.A plenty of mineral elements necessary for body were exist in polygonatum odoratum.The recovery is between 93.2% and 106.0%.The method is accuracy and satisfactory.
