| 摘 要： | 用微波消解ICP-AES对莲子芯中锌、铅、锰、铁、铬、镁、钙、铜、钠、钾、镉、磷12种元素进行了分析测定。探讨了样品的测定条件,通过添加标准回收实验,验证了分析数据的可靠性。结果表明,该法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意,适合常规分析。

| Abstract: | A method for simultaneously determination of multi-elements in lotus seed core by microwave digestion and ICP-AES was studied.The method is reliable proved by adding standard recovery experiment to the process,accurate comparison with the result of chemical experiment,quickly-accessible and convenient,and was used in lotus seed core with result satisfactory. |
