| 摘 要： | 克拉霉素水解得到3-OH克拉霉素,中间反应过程伴随着副产物的生成.利用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外吸收光谱(IR)等对3-OH克拉霉素及其水解反应中的主要副产物的谱图进行解析和结构鉴定.

| Abstract: | 3-OH clarithromycin was synthesized from clarithromycin by hydrolyzation 3-OH clarithromycin and the byproducts were separated.The structures of 3-OH clarithromycin and it's byproduct were confirmed by 1H NMR,MS and IR. |
